Sharing on Your Terms: Platform Version 2.12.0 - November 2026
For general release: 29 October 2026

We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.12.0 of the GSE platform. This month gives you full control over where your signals go, and a new way to talk directly with the organisations you share with.
Geographical Access Controls
Scams cross borders, and the signals that help stop them need to as well. But every organisation has its own rules about where its data can be shared, and those rules can stand in the way of sharing more widely.
Last month we brought country-level context to every signal. This month we are building on that by putting you in control of which countries and regions can receive your signals. Clear, flexible settings mean you can share as widely as your policies allow, so your data reaches more of the partners who can act on it.
- NEW Feed access control options. When you make a feed live, you can now configure who can access it, opening up more opportunities to share.
- NEW Feed country settings. Manage which feeds you receive, based on the country of the organisation supplying them.
Group Messaging
Sharing signals is only part of the picture. Often the most useful thing is a quick conversation with the people on the other end, to ask a question, flag a trend or agree on next steps.
You can now talk directly with the other members of your groups inside the GSE. Each group has its own conversation, and every user in the participating accounts can see it.
- NEW Group conversations. Select New Message on any group, or click the latest message preview on the Group Sharing page.
- NEW Reactions. React to messages with quick emoji reactions, and hover over a reaction to see who added it.
- NEW Delete messages. Delete a message for yourself, or delete your own messages for everyone.
- Colour-coded accounts. Each account has its own colour, so you can see at a glance which organisation a message came from.
Full details are available in our documentation.
We are always keen to hear back from our users with any suggestions for improvement or if you need any further clarification on use of the GSE. Please feel free to contact us on [email protected].
