We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.8.0 of the GSE platform. Full release notes for this release can be found here. This release has the following key features

GSE Compass Exports

It is now possible to export the results generated from GSE Compass questions in standard CSV format. Due to the restrictions of working in a browser the results displayed interactively are limited to 25 rows. When utilising the new export to CSV format the exported file will instead be limited to the maximum number of export records per request as defined for your account (this can be viewed in account settings).

Custom Dashboards for Command Users

We are excited by the developments of the GSE platform over the last few months and are receiving good feedback on the built in features and capabilities including the flexible access to data afforded by GSE Compass in particular.

Nevertheless, we are aware that many of our users have more specific requirements for analysis which are not always fulfilled through the built in tools. To facilitate this we have introduced an ability for us to create custom dashboards for our Command users to provide bespoke visualisations and data sets curated to specific use cases. Once developed, these will appear under a new Custom Dashboards menu item within the platform.

Please do get in touch if you would like to explore with us the development of Custom dashboards to help you maximise your use of the GSE.

New Data Sources

We are pleased to announce a number of new data sources available via the GSE. Within the open data set we now have the following new data sources:

  • CIFAS - as a fraud prevention service based in the UK they are sharing signals from their Scamlink product which originate from customer reports of scam to their members.
  • Amazon - A feed of URLs which are targeting uses to participate in fraudulent review schemes.

And within our restricted marketplace we have the following additional sources:

  • UK Scambaiter Feeds - These comprise an exciting set of new signal feeds extracted directly from scam messages and images using the text and image processing APIs available within the GSE. As some of our users do not want to consume these by default we have made them restricted and can be applied for and added to accounts without additional fees.
  • Domain Intelligence - A new feed of high integrity C2 domains extracted from actively exploited malware with rich additional context data.

Coming soon

With our ongoing commitment to real time signal sharing we are excited to be completing testing this month on our upcoming Push API functionality. This will allow Command tier users to supply external endpoints to which signals will be pushed as soon as we receive them. This both serves to reduce delay in receipt of signals to end users as well as reducing the load on both sending and receiving systems generated by repeat requests to pull data.

We are always keen to hear back from our users with any suggestions for improvement or if you need any further clarification on use of the GSE. Please feel free to contact us on [email protected].
